We are passionate about creating modern American cuisine, with an emphasis on seasonally fresh, locally grown n’ sustainably raised products.  

We farm a 3/4 acre lot n’ partner with local farmers n’ businesses to provide new, fresh n’ innovative food concepts to our guests.  We believe in using local networks n‘ are confident this results in better quality food while strengthening our community.
