  • Economic Vitality: We drive visitation that supports local businesses, encourages overnight stays, and strengthens Fairmont’s economic vitality.
  • Innovation: We embrace new ideas, creative strategies, and evolving tools to showcase Fairmont in fresh, engaging ways.
  • Visitor Experience: We set the stage for memorable experiences that create lasting impressions and encourage return visits.

Strategic Goals:

  1. Identify key performance indicators and establish a dashboard to track progress.
  2. Explore and test market opportunities that are rooted in Fairmont’s strengths.
  3. Promote Fairmont’s chain of lakes and lake activities.
  4. Extend length of visits to Fairmont and encourage return visits.
