Truman Historical Museum

Nestled in the charming town of Truman, Minnesota, just a short drive from Fairmont lies the Truman Historical Museum. Whether you’re a history buff or simply curious about the region’s past, this museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the life and times of Truman.

Operated by the Truman Historical Association, the museum reflects the dedication of local volunteers preserving the town’s heritage. The museum’s collection spans over a century, showcasing artifacts, photographs, and documents that tell the story of Truman’s founding, growth, and evolution.

The scheduled hours are Fridays 1:00 – 4:00 PM.  The museum will also open by appointment for tours and classroom visits. Admission is free, but donations are always appreciated to support the museum’s ongoing efforts to preserve local history.
