Fairmont Glows Parade

On Friday, November 22nd, 2024 just after 4:00PM, Santa and Mrs. Claus will fly directly into the Fairmont Municipal Airport via the North Pole Express. Bring the whole family to witness their arrival and have a chance to meet them!

Martin County Toys for Tots will also be at the fly-in event. They will be accepting new and unwrapped toys, books, cash, or check donations. If you can’t make it to the fly in, keep your eyes out during the parade for their float (towards the front) and they will accept donations there as well. All donations stay local and are given to less fortunate children in Martin County.

Prior to the parade, First Congregational UCC at 319 Downtown Plaza will be having a Soup Supper Fundraiser from 5:15-7:15PM. There will be a choice of 3 soups, fresh baked rolls, and apple dessert for a cost. Then there will be a tree lighting ceremony at 223 Downtown Plaza (the corner of Downtown Plaza and 3rd Street) at 5:30PM.

The Glows Parade lineup begins at 5:15PM at Ward Park, then the parade starts at 6:00PM and works its way through Downtown Plaza to Lincoln park.
