Red Rock Center for the Arts

The Red Rock Center for the Arts offers visual art, live music and creative classes for all ages. A new artist is featured in the gallery each month, and admission is always free.

Throughout the year, Red Rock also hosts concerts, art and music classes, dances and community events. The space is available to rent for weddings, receptions, meetings and other gatherings.

The Hive

Located in downtown Fairmont, The Hive is Imagine Martin’s art studio and gallery. The creative space includes art studios, gallery exhibits, classes, workshops and community events.

The Hive is part of Imagine Martin’s Arts & Makers District, which supports local artists, makers and small businesses while bringing more creative opportunities to downtown Fairmont.

Fairmont Opera House

The Fairmont Opera House is the oldest operating opera house in Minnesota and has hosted performances since 1901. Its stage features live music, theater, comedy and other performances for audiences of all ages.

The historic building is currently undergoing construction and improvements, but the Opera House continues to host shows and events throughout the year.

Fairmont Murals

Colorful murals can be found throughout downtown Fairmont, adding creativity and personality to buildings, sidewalks and public spaces. Popular stops include the Greetings from Fairmont mural behind the Fairmont Opera House, the butterfly mural and several other pieces created by local artists.
