Fairmont Parks

With 29 Fairmont parks within city limits, our park system encompasses nearly 400 acres of stunning landscapes, offering a haven for residents and visitors alike. From tranquil flower gardens to bustling playgrounds and athletic fields, each park caters to diverse interests and ages. The lush green spaces provide an ideal setting for picnics, leisurely strolls, and outdoor gatherings. As winter blankets the town, these parks transform into wonderlands, offering thrilling activities such as sledding, ice skating, and snow skiing, ensuring year-round enjoyment for all.

Each year, Cedar Creek Park, Sylvania Park, and Lincoln Park are chosen as the backdrop for wedding ceremonies and celebrations. Lincoln Park, in particular, is a favorite among couples for its beautiful flower beds, serene lake views, and charming arbors, making it the perfect setting for tying the knot and celebrating love. Additionally, the shelter houses at these parks are available for rent, providing ideal venues for various events and gatherings throughout the year. For more information on rentals, click here!
