The Fairmont Trail System is great for biking, walking, and jogging!

Shared Roadways: 

1. Bicyclists must follow all rules of the road
2. Ride with traffic, obey all traffic signs and signals
3. Ride as close to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway as possible
4. Use caution at all road crossings
5. No hitching rides on other vehicles

Trails: 

1. No motorized vehicles
2. Parks close at sunset
3. Stay to the right on the trail
4. Announce your presence when passing on the left
5. Respect the property of residents and the rights of other trail users
6. Place refuse in containers provided
7. Keep pets on a leash no longer than 8 feet, and remove pets’ waste
8. Do not disturb natural resources
